No. Everything we sell is fashion (imitation) jewellery — a brass or alloy base with a gold-toned or antique-gold plated finish, hand-applied meenakari enamel, kundan/glass stones and imitation pearls. It is designed to look rich for a fraction of the price of real gold. If a specific product is anything else, its page will say so clearly.

No. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum order value and no extra charge for Cash on Delivery. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay.

We dispatch within 1–2 business days and delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your PIN code. You get the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp/SMS as soon as the parcel is picked up.

We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India. We do not ship outside India yet. If your PIN code turns out to be unserviceable, we contact you and refund the order in full.

Yes — Cash on Delivery is available across India with no extra fee. Pay the delivery agent in cash or UPI when the parcel arrives. Online payment (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) is coming soon.

Yes. Contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will take it back — even for a simple change of mind. We arrange a free pickup and you choose a replacement or a full refund. The item needs to be unused, with its original packaging and all components of a set.

Message us within 2 days of delivery with your order ID, photos and the unboxing video, and we will replace the item or refund you. Return pickup is free — see the return & refund policy for the full process.

Once the returned item reaches us and passes a quick check, refunds are approved within about 2 working days and paid within 5–7 working days — by UPI or bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders, or back to the original payment method for prepaid orders.

Yes, free of charge any time before the parcel is dispatched — just message us with your order ID. After dispatch the order cannot be cancelled, but you can still return it within the return window.

Very close, but not always identical. Meenakari is hand-painted enamel, and photographs are taken under studio light and viewed on screens with different colour settings. Small differences in shade are normal and are not considered a defect — and you can still return the item inside the return window if you are not happy.

Only the colours you can select on the product page are available to order. If you'd like a colour we don't stock yet, message us on WhatsApp — we'll tell you if and when it's coming.

Keep each piece dry, in its own pouch or a lined box, away from perfume, lotions and humidity. Put it on last when dressing and take it off first. See our jewellery care guide for details.

Please don't. Water, sweat and pool chemicals dull plated finishes and can affect the enamel. Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming or exercising unless a product page specifically says it's water-safe.
