Shipping Policy

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum order value. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay — we never add a delivery, handling or packaging charge at checkout, and there is no surcharge for Cash on Delivery, remote PIN codes or express handling.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes in India. We do not ship internationally at the moment. If your PIN code turns out to be unserviceable by our courier partners after you order, we will contact you and cancel the order with a full refund of anything paid.

Order processing time

• Orders are checked, packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed on a Sunday or a holiday are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

• Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your PIN code.
• Metro and large cities are typically at the faster end of that range; remote and hill areas can take a few days longer.
• Festive-season volumes, weather and courier disruptions can add a day or two — we keep you updated if that happens.

Order tracking

As soon as your parcel is picked up we send the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp/SMS, and by email if you gave us one. Keep your order ID handy for any query — you can also contact us and we will check the status for you.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available across India at no extra cost. Pay the delivery agent in cash or UPI when the parcel arrives; please keep the exact amount ready. If a Cash on Delivery parcel is refused or returned undelivered, we may ask for prepayment on future orders.

Packaging

Each piece is quality-checked and packed separately in a protective pouch or box inside a tamper-evident outer pack. Please record an unboxing video — it makes any damage claim quick to settle.

Address or phone changes

Need to correct the delivery address or phone number? Message us as soon as possible with your order ID. Changes are only possible before the parcel is handed to the courier.

Failed or delayed deliveries

Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times. Please keep your phone reachable. If a parcel comes back to us as undelivered, we will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch (free of charge) or a refund.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 2 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Full details are on our return & refund policy page.
