These terms apply to every order placed on renuornaments.in.
This website (renuornaments.in) is operated by Renu Ornaments (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these terms together with our privacy policy, shipping policy, return & refund policy and cancellation policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or shopping with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree that the delivery and contact details you give us are accurate and complete.
Everything we sell is fashion (imitation) jewellery: a brass or alloy base with a plated gold-toned or antique finish, hand-applied meenakari enamel, kundan/glass stones and imitation pearls, unless a product page states otherwise. Our items are not made of gold, silver or precious stones and carry no hallmark or resale value. Sizes and weights are approximate, and colours may vary slightly from photographs because enamel is hand-applied and screens differ.
Your order is a request to buy. It is confirmed only when we issue an order ID. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund of anything paid — in case of a stock or quality problem, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or an unserviceable PIN code. You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched.
We deliver across India, free of charge, normally dispatching within 1–2 business days and delivering within 4–7 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays, weather and festive volumes can affect them. Full details are in our shipping policy.
You may return any item by contacting us within 2 days of delivery. Return pickup is free and you may choose a replacement or a refund. Conditions, timelines and the refund process are set out in our return & refund policy.
Reviews you submit must be your own honest experience of a product you bought from us. We may decline to publish, edit for length or remove content that is abusive, misleading, promotional or unrelated to the product. By submitting a review you allow us to display it on the site.
All content on this site — photographs, text, product names, design and layout — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, scraped or reused commercially without written permission. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, place fraudulent orders, or misuse our contact channels.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for skin reactions from wearing plated fashion jewellery, or for damage caused by contact with water, perfume, sweat or chemicals — please follow our jewellery care guide. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
We may update these terms as the store grows. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our place of business.
